Mr. Quinones joined the Alliance Security in April 2018, as an Account Executive and was promoted to Vice President of Security in November 2018. He previously served as Branch Manager for FJC Security Services/Allied Universal managing 110 clients with oversight of 63,000 weekly hours of services for the City of New York. Mr. Quinones possesses 28 years of tenured private security experience, with 20 years serving across various leadership positions with Securitas Security and FJC Security/Allied Universal. A former United States Marine Corps veteran, Mr. Quinones served eight years with the service and was honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant. Mr. Quinones is an active member of the security and life safety community with membership affiliations with ASIS International, possesses a certification from ASIS in assessing Risk, Threat, and Vulnerability, Fire Safety Directors Association, National Society for Hispanic Professionals, and Marine Corps Association.

Corey Freeman joined the Alliance Security team in 2016. During his tenure he has served in many roles throughout our operations, currently serving as the Manager of Mission Assurance. In this position, he manages all core functions of the Office of Mission Assurance which supports our entire security operation. He has been instrumental in evolving our organization since his hiring. He collaborates with personnel at all levels of the company to accomplish our mission.   

Prior to joining Alliance Security, Corey has worked in many industries which has given him a broad range of experience and unique skills that he applies in our organization. Most relevant is his Public Safety experience having served for nearly 12-years as a Firefighter for the Key Largo Fire Rescue Department in Key Largo, FL. As a State Certified Firefighter, he was responsible for overall public safety response, emergency management, public awareness programs, and disaster response functions. He was assigned to the Engine Company for nearly 2-years before being promoted to the Squad Company which was responsible for advance technical rescue response.  

Corey is certified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as a Level 1 Emergency Management Practitioner and is a member of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Information Network which allows him to provide critical sensitive information to Alliance Security’s overall situational awareness and business continuity programs. He also serves as the Director of our State Certified Security Training School, is a licensed Basic Life Support Instructor, Continuity of Operations Manager, Emergency Medical Responder, and Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program Supervisor. Corey also maintains an active ASIS membership and pursuing his Certified Protection Professional CPP certification.  

Rick Thomas joined the Alliance Security team in 2012 with more than twenty years of distinguished police service within the NYPD. He began his accomplished career in the Bronx, performing duty with plainclothes units, reducing violent street crime. He then moved on to the Organized Crime Control Bureau where he investigated street-level narcotics sales while receiving specialized training through the Narcotics Bureau. Following assignment to the Narcotics Division, Major Case Unit, and Tactical Narcotics Teams (TNT), Rick joined the Vice Enforcement Division to investigate gambling, prostitution and money laundering.

Rick became one of the NYPD’s premier cell phone investigators before his transfer to the Detective Bureau’s Manhattan Robbery Squad and Major Case Squad where he developed extensive Identity Theft and Bank Robbery investigative experience while achieving certification in forensic examination. His extensive experience and qualification in law enforcement, investigative protocol, and communications technology ensure our guard personnel and investigators possess the tools and training necessary to resolve virtually any security-related facilities management or investigative issue.
