Ray DiNunzio

President, Alliance Security

Ray DiNunzio is President of Alliance Security and presides over a diverse portfolio of integrated security solutions including armed and unarmed security officers, best-in-class smart technologies, cyber security solutions, fire & life safety protection services, and messenger center operations.

Ray comes from a career spanning over 23 years with the FBI, where he served in numerous executive, supervisory and investigative capacities overseeing operations in counterterrorism, cybercrime, and an array of white-collar and violent crime matters. He is a leader in the development and implementation of comprehensive programs, strategies, and policies to assess risk, manage crisis, and deliver measurable results quickly.

Prior to coming to Alliance Security, Ray served six years as Director of Strategic Security for the National Football League, where he developed and directed global security strategies to protect stadiums, clubs, and personnel worldwide. He led policy development and compliance for the prevention and response to threats against the NFL, including terrorism and damage to the League’s brand, image, and reputation. Prior to the NFL, Ray was Senior Advisor and Assistant Inspector General for the Office of the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction, where he led important anti-corruption and law enforcement activities in the U.S., Afghanistan, Pakistan, and United Arab Emirates. Ray worked closely with the U.S. Congress and traveled throughout Central Asia and the Middle East providing independent oversight for the prevention, detection, and prosecution of fraud, waste, and abuse.

Ray is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the professional designation Certified in Financial Forensics from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He spent the early part of his career in public accounting with EY and Deloitte.

Ray is a member of the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI, Chief Security Officer (CSO) Center for Leadership and Development, American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) International, Real Estate Roundtable Homeland Security Task Force (HSTF), and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He serves on the Board of the Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation (FEHSF) and supports numerous other charities including Catholic Charities, The Bishop’s Lenten Appeal, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, and Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
