Jamie Davis
Vice President of People & Culture
Jamie oversees People & Culture at Alliance. She began her journey with us in 2017 as our Recruiting Manager, coming to us with over 15 years of expertise in talent acquisition. She has expanded her contributions year after year, growing her role as a trusted leader dedicated to building teams and employee programs and developing tools to enhance the workplace.
Jamie has worked on several large-scale projects, including identifying software solutions and implementing performance management and recognition programs. Her process-driven approach and attention to detail serve us well as we grow, hire, and retain several thousand employees throughout our business units. Jamie leads our organizationβs diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. These are a core part of the Alliance culture as a certified minority-owned enterprise.
Before joining Alliance, Jamie launched her career in the agency staffing industry, where she was responsible for recruitment solutions, client success, and business operations.
Jamie has served on various committees and officer positions for the Society of Human Resources Long Island Chapter. Her expertise and commitment to the Human Resources field and Alliance have enhanced her recognition as a leader in her field.
