As Vice President of Strategic Partnerships of Alliance Security, Denise has oversight of strategic growth for Alliance Security’s portfolio of product and service offerings to private and public enterprises. With more than 25 years or experience in building long and trusted partnerships across the commercial real-estate industry, Denise serves at the forefront of Alliance’s ambition of organic growth in the NY Tristate Region.

Serving at the forefront of market expansion for Alliance, Denise’s responsibilities include developing new relationships, expanding service and technology offerings for existing partners and clients, and cultivating leads for Alliance Building Services portfolio of companies.

With her extensive background in technology convergence in the real-estate industry, Denise brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Alliance Security and the Alliance Building Services portfolio of companies. Her technical strengths reside in unified and integrated security technology systems, large scale “out of the ground” commercial real-estate technology deployments, custom design, and security technology consulting for the commercial real-estate industry.

Denise has a seat on the ASIS NYC board, is a member of Professional Women in Construction organization, and serves on the Sales and Marketing Committee at PSA Security Network.
